Crown & Bridge Dental Lab

Raytops Crown and Bridge

Dental Crown & Bridge is a long-lasting dental restoration designed to restore the function, shape, and appearance of missing or damaged teeth. These prostheses are securely attached to the prepared teeth and remain permanently in place, offering patients the convenience of not needing to remove them. Crown & bridge restorations provide excellent durability, strength for biting and chewing, optimal oral hygiene, and aesthetic results that closely resemble natural teeth.

The Crown & Bridge category encompasses a range of solutions, including Onlays, Inlays, Post and Core, Veneers, and Dental Implants. It also includes various materials such as zirconia, E.max, composite resin, porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM), full metal cast (FMC), and pure titanium, each offering unique benefits in terms of strength, aesthetics, and biocompatibility. These materials ensure that the restoration meets the specific needs of each patient, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

All Ceramic Crown & Bridge

All-ceramic crowns and bridges are a popular choice for durable, natural-looking dental restorations. Made from advanced materials like zirconia and alumina, these restorations offer excellent strength, wear resistance, and a lifelike appearance. At Raytops, we use CAD/CAM technology to design and create precise restorations, which are then milled, sintered, glazed, and polished for durability and a natural finish.Ideal for patients seeking metal-free, aesthetic, and long-lasting solutions, Raytops’ all-ceramic crowns and bridges provide exceptional performance and appearance.

Porcelain Fused Metal Dental Crown

A PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) crown combines a strong metal base with a porcelain layer, offering durability and a natural appearance. While all-ceramic crowns like zirconia and E.max are increasingly popular, PFM crowns remain a cost-effective choice without sacrificing quality or function.  At Raytops, we use advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship to create precise, long-lasting PFM crowns. Our process includes digital dental modeling, CAD/CAM design, laser printing, metal trimming, opaque layer application, and porcelain build-up to ensure a perfect fit and natural look. While the PFM crown process is more detailed than all-ceramic options, Raytops guarantees the highest standards in both functionality and aesthetics for every restoration.

Full Cast Crown & Bridge

A full metal crown is made entirely of metal, offering exceptional durability and strength. The non-precious full metal crown is the most cost-effective option, ideal for patients who prioritize function over aesthetics. Although less common today, it was once widely used for posterior restorations.  This all-metal construction makes it highly resistant to heavy occlusal forces, ensuring long-lasting stability for crowns or bridges. At Raytops, we create full metal crowns with precision, providing a reliable, durable solution for patients in need of strong and functional dental restorations.

Dental Veneers

  • Dental veneers are thin, custom-made shells bonded to the front of your teeth to enhance their appearance, especially for front teeth. At Raytops, we primarily use E.max, a high-quality lithium disilicate ceramic known for its strength and natural look.Veneers are permanently attached to your natural teeth and are ideal for addressing cosmetic issues such as:

    • Stained teeth that can’t be whitened
    • Tooth wear or loss
    • Crooked, uneven, or misshaped teeth

At Raytops, we ensure each veneer is meticulously crafted for a perfect fit, restoring both the beauty and functionality of your smile.

Onlay Inlay Overlay

We offer high-quality Inlays, Onlays, and Overlays designed for minimally invasive tooth restoration while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.
  • Inlays: Perfect for smaller cavities, inlays restore the tooth’s interior with a precise, durable solution.
  • Onlays: Covering one or more cusps, onlays are ideal for larger restorations, providing strength without compromising tooth structure.
  • Overlays: Offering full coverage, overlays are perfect for extensive repairs while avoiding the need for a full crown.

Raytops ensures every restoration is crafted with precision, using advanced technology to deliver durable, functional, and aesthetic results.

Post Core

A dental post and core is used to restore a tooth after root canal treatment, especially when more than 50% of the tooth structure is lost. It strengthens the tooth to support a crown or bridge. At Raytops, we create high-quality post and core restorations by placing a post in the root canal and rebuilding the decayed area with core material. This provides stability and durability.Raytops’ post and core solutions are a cost-effective and reliable alternative to implants, offering efficient restoration and protection for your teeth.

Temporary Dental Crown

Temporary crowns, also known as provisional crowns, are used to protect teeth after preparation while waiting for the final restoration. At Raytops, we provide custom-made, high-quality temporary crowns and bridges for comfort and protection during this period.

Typically worn for 2 to 3 weeks, temporary crowns can be used longer depending on the treatment, such as implant healing, which may take several weeks or months.

Raytops’ temporary crowns are designed for a secure fit, maintaining tooth function and aesthetics, ensuring a smooth transition to the final restoration with minimal disruption.
